TT Marxiana is a project to reconstruct pre-revolutionary fonts used in the 1887 layout of Niva magazine, published by A.F. Marx in St. Petersburg. The focus is on reviving a specific font set from that edition. TT Marxiana Elzevir is a title font and is a compilation of monastic Elzevir that were actively used in the Niva magazine for all its prints. TT Marxiana Elzevir has sharp forms, and the influence of deformations from typographic printing is not as noticeable in the forms of its signs.
